Our ECM's are built for a single individual truck. XRDiesel.com is under no obligation to update the part for another truck.
Xtreme Redline Diesel Performance llc. does NOT accept returns on any products or services. We do not repair switching products or EFILive components. Please visit the manufacturers website for any warranty info that may be applicable to your situation.
EXCEPTIONS: Some manufacturers such as H&S Performance, PPE, EFI Live, Custom Tuning, Tuning Files, Paint products and all electronics have an “all sales final” policy. Products shipped by truck freight, special orders, and some non-stocked items are all non-returnable. All Open-Box/Closeout items are sold AS-IS, and are not returnable.
Please inspect your package contents on delivery. Call or email us immediately if something is incorrect.
EFILIVE LIMITED’S WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
EFILive Limited ("EFILive") warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“you” or “your”) that new EFILive AutoCal and FlashScan devices, connectors and cables (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve calendar months from the date of purchase. The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the Product. Your receipt shows the documented date of your purchase. The warranty herein, and any implied warranties that may exist under local law are non-transferable.
Please note that EFILive reserves the right to update, from time to time, these warranty terms and to establish the effective date of the updated warranty terms. Please refer to www.efilive.com for the current Warranty Policy for EFILive products.
To determine if there is a Product defect and if necessary, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number required for warranty service, you must first complete the EFILive Warranty and Repair Process, located at the EFILive website home page under the “Support” menu, then the “Documentation/Tutorials” menu, or click here.
If you discover a defect in material or workmanship in your Product(s) during the warranty period and you have completed the steps outlined in the EFILive Warranty and Repair Process and EFILive confirms the defect exists, EFILive will at its sole discretion repair or replace the defective Product(s) at no charge to you, or refund the purchase price provided that the Product(s) are returned during the warranty period, with transportation costs prepaid to the service facility designated by EFILive. The Product(s) must be properly packaged by you with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging.
EFILive may require a copy of the receipt or a bill of sale stating the purchaser's name, EFILive product name, date and location of purchase of the Product(s) for which the defect has been reported as proof of purchase for warranty service or prior to issuing any replacement Product(s).
If EFILive elects to repair any Product(s), EFILive shall own all parts removed from the repaired Product(s). Repair parts or replacement Products may, at EFILive’s option, include equal or better parts or Product(s)
The warranty period on replacement Product(s) is the remainder of the warranty on the original Product or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.
All Parts we offer Come with full Manufacturer Warranty which will vary depending on manufacturer. Keep all Receipts and or Warranty Information that came with your item/s in case there is a defect that the manufacturer’s warranty covers.

We will supply you with the necessary information you need to contact the Manufacturer. Only original, unaltered and unmodified parts and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for warranty are covered ONLY to the original owner of the Product.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to our Warehouse. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Xtreme Redline Diesel Performance cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Return of Defective Items/Warranty
Defective- Items that do not function correctly or are flawed in a material way at the time of receipt are considered defective.
Warranty- Items that stop working after installation can be considered for warranty.
Warranties and repairs are handled by the manufacture not Xtreme Redline Diesel Performance llc.
Manufacture warranty information is available on manufacture web sites and may vary.
Warranty Credits are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the manufacture.
The manufacturer may require you to work directly with them to authorize the return of defective or warranty items. We can help customers in obtaining the information from the manufactures for the return of defective or warranty items. However Xtreme Redline Diesel Performance llc., may not always be able to accept the return directly.
Credits will be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned items.
Credit will reflect any applicable fees or adjustments.
Allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product to process the RMA and issue the appropriate credit.
Inspect all products for damage and confirm product quantity at time of receipt.If LTL shipment is damaged refuse receipt. 24 hours if you refuse LTL shipment due to damage.
If LTL shipment is damaged in transit replacement of product is subject to availability.
CORE RETURNS POLICY:
All cores are due within 30 days of purchase. You must follow the core return directions emailed to you upon purchase. Once your core return has been processed by the manufacturer, you will receive a full in-store credit immediately or full refund to the original credit card within 7-14 days for cores in usable condition, no exceptions. After 60 days of purchase, cores returned in good condition may be eligible for a full in-store credit or a refund less a 20% late fee. Expired cores in usable condition that are over 90 days from date of purchase may be eligible for a partial in-store credit only, less a 20% late fee.
** You are responsible for all core return shipping back to the manufacturer, along with insurance and tracking to verify the core arrived at the manufacturer. The manufacturer will inspect your core, and make core credits based on their findings. If a core is un-buildable, they will adjust or deny your core accordingly. Core credits are NOT guaranteed.
